4PS strengthens management team with appointment of Niels Goos as Managing Director
Ede, Netherlands – September 17, 2025 – 4PS, a leading digitalization partner for the construction industry, today announced the appointment of Niels Goos as its new Managing Director. Niels began his onboarding with 4PS in August and will officially assume the role on January 1, 2026.
The appointment marks an important step in the international growth strategy of 4PS. Since joining the Hilti Group in 2023, 4PS has focused on accelerating digitalization in the construction industry and strengthening its international position. With a reinforced organizational structure and a dedicated Managing Director, 4PS is ready to further scale its digital solutions and deliver even greater value to the construction industry worldwide.
The Next Phase of Growth
Over the past two years, 4PS has established a clear international structure, one that enables the company to grow independently in each country while strengthening collaboration across regions. The creation of the Managing Director role ensures focused leadership to guide the company into its next phase.
Niels takes over this role from Michael Neidow, who has successfully led 4PS alongside his position as Head of Hilti BU Construction Software. “We are delighted to welcome Niels to 4PS,” said Michael Neidow. “His broad experience in sales, marketing, software, and services makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead 4PS into the next phase of growth and to further strengthen its international presence.”
