Digitise and automate business processes with the Microsoft Power Platform

To make manual business processes more efficient, Microsoft has introduced the Power Apps platform. It allows us to quickly build business apps to automate processes. Because Power Apps is part of the Microsoft Power Platform, it has a seamless integration with other Microsoft programs. This makes it easy to collect information through a custom app and visualise the data in a dashboard with Microsoft Power BI.

By using an ERP system integrated with Microsoft Power BI, you can convert all your data into meaningful information. This allows you to structure, combine and visualise your data. With Microsoft Power BI, it is possible to link different data sets and create visualisations of data.

Microsoft Power Automate enables you to automate repetitive and time-consuming processes and tasks using workflows. For example, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to the office staff each time a new prospect is created in the CRM. Just like all the other components of the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate is low-code and connects seamlessly with all Microsoft applications such as the ERP package 4PS Construct or Microsoft Teams.

We can quickly build custom chatbots using Microsoft Power Virtual Agent to answer questions from customers or employees. Such a chatbot answers frequently recurring questions, allowing colleagues more time to answer more complex customer or colleague questions.
