2. Microsoft Product Terms
The Online Services Conditions apply to the use of Online Services by the Customer, and the Microsoft Online Services Data Protection Addendum (DPA, described below), which sets out the obligations in respect of data processing and security terms of Customer Data and Personal Data by the Online Services. The Terms for Online Services apply to the provision of Professional Services. To use Non-Microsoft Products, as defined below, separate terms and conditions apply, including various privacy and security provisions.
