As of now, the 4PS Construct Winter ’22 release is available to our customers. Those who purchase 4PS Construct as a SaaS solution from us have immediate access to this very latest release of our total solution 4PS Construct. Among other things, the Winter ’22 release includes new functionalities in the 4PS Field Service App and 4PS Control, all to optimally support online collaboration and chain integration in the construction industry.

We highlight some of the highlights of this release for you.

4PS Field Service App

The 4PS Field Service App supports engineers in administrative processes on site. Through the app, they can, for example, see the required materials, register hours worked or record extra costs. The optimisations in the Winter ’22 release now make the 4PS Field Service even easier to use. For example, the app now also supports the specific process of refrigerant gases (F-gases).

4PS Control

Collaboration platform 4PS Control also contains several various optimisations and extensive integrations with our other digital applications. For example, view and track notified issues from the 4PS On-site App and 4PS Construct in 4PS Control. This gives all connected subcontractors insight into all reported and assigned issues.

Service and Maintenance module

The process for sending SMS reminders to customers on upcoming service orders has been adjusted in this release. Adjustments in the Service & Maintenance module prevent customers from receiving unjustified SMS reminders about scheduled appointments.

New developments from Microsoft

With this new release, we not only introduce our own optimisations and new developments, our clients also switch to the very latest version of the Microsoft Business Central platform, Business Central 21. Customers who purchase 4PS Construct from the Microsoft Cloud are thus assured of an ERP solution that meets today’s wishes and needs.
