4PS has opened 4PS France in Boulogne-Billancourt, expanding our European presence and supporting French construction companies with industry-specific digital solutions.

4PS has appointed Niels Goos as its new Managing Director, marking a major step in its international growth strategy. With broad industry experience, Niels will lead 4PS into the next phase of digitalization in construction.

4PS is continuing its international course with the launch of 4PS Construction Software AB in Sweden.

We are proud to announce that 4PS Group is now officially ISO 27001 certified. The ISO 27001 certificate confirms that we meet strict requirements around data and information security in our processes and services.

The acquisition of 4PS Group by Hilti has been given the green light by the competent authorities. From today, 4PS Group is officially part of Hilti and a new phase in their integration begins.

With effect from 1 September 2023, Hendrik Beitler will step down as CFO at 4PS Group and Luurt van der Ploeg will succeed him as the new CFO. Hendrik will however remain involved with 4PS Group. He will initially focus on transferring knowledge and activities and after that on dedicated projects.
